Sore throat

Persistent cough which does not produce any sputum or mucus

Each 5ml (Teaspoonful) contains Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide I.P.15mg.

Children 4-less than 6 yrs: 2.5 ml

Children 6-less than 12 yrs: 5.0 ml

Adults and children 12yrs and over: 10 ml

Dose to be taken every 6-8 hours.

Not to exceed 10ml for 4 -less than 6 yrs, 20 ml for 6-less than 12 yrs, 40 ml for Adults and children over 12 yrs and over in 24 hours or as directed by your Physician.

Not recommended for Children below 4 years of age

Patients with a persistent respiratory condition such as emphysema, chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, or where cough is accompanied by excessive secretions should be advised to consult a physician before using this product

Caution is particularly recommended for adolescents and young adults as well as in
patients with a history of drug abuse or use of psychoactive substances

If symptoms persist or get worse, or if new symptoms occur, patients should stop use
and consult a physician
